About Chris Cotterell
I grew up in Stirling and am proud to call the Quinte area home. After completing my Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology at the University of Waterloo, I made the decision to return to the community I know and love — and that’s where my real estate career truly took shape.
I discovered my passion for real estate while working in new home sales, where I gained hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and negotiation. More importantly, I learned how important it is to really listen to people, understand their goals, and guide them through what can be a big and emotional decision.
With over 9 years of experience, I focus on building strong relationships and making the buying or selling process feel clear, supported, and never rushed. My background in psychology helps me understand that every client’s situation is different, and I take pride in offering honest advice so you can make confident decisions — whether that means moving forward now or waiting until the time is right.
